Beyond Boundaries
Submissions will open January 4, 2027
Poetry submissions are made in the categories of English Language Arts or Science.
All poetry must include musical references and connect to the 2027 theme, “Beyond Boundaries.”
See glossary of terms and a student practice packet below as resources to use while writing poetry for submission to the Piano Slam competition.
Finalists will receive $100 and will perform their poetry on stage, with the chance to win $1,000.
